Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using our services.


1. Validity of General Terms and Conditions

The following terms and conditions apply to all services related to the resale of prepaid Roami eSIM cards provided by Hong Kong LinZe Co., Limited (hereinafter referred to as “Roami” or “the Company”). These terms and conditions are set out in the Roami application. Roami will only accept changes to the terms if there is an explicit written agreement to the contrary.


2. Description of Service

2.1 Roami eSIM Resale

Roami resells prepaid Roami eSIM cards. Customers register and purchase eSIM cards through the Roami App. Our payment methods include Apple Pay and other major payment options.

2.2 Registration for Roami Data Services

Customers must accept the general terms and conditions to use Roami data services. Customers provide the following information directly or through the service provider’s intermediary: nickname, address (billing address), email address.

2.3 Roami Data Service Commitment

Roami will make reasonable efforts to provide customers with quality services. However, Roami does not guarantee that services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. Risks associated with normal wear and tear are borne by Roami, and Roami will promptly repair damage that seriously affects device functionality and/or replace the device.

2.4 Customer Conduct

When using Roami’s devices or services, customers shall not engage in any of the following: abusive, illegal, or fraudulent conduct; conduct that causes network damage or destruction; and when customers breach their obligations under these terms, Roami has the right to suspend the customer’s use of the services. Roami will notify customers of the suspension as soon as reasonably practicable. During the suspension period, customers shall continue to pay all amounts due under this agreement related to the suspended services.


3. Commencement, Duration, and Termination of Contract

The service contract between Roami and the customer becomes effective from the date the customer places an order through the Roami App. The contract terminates upon the customer’s receipt of the purchased Roami eSIM. Activation of the Roami eSIM is the sole responsibility of the customer.


4. Fees and Payment

4.1 Payment Conditions

Payment for Roami services is processed through Apple Pay and other major payment methods. The currency for payment is US Dollars ($). Credit card transactions will be processed.

4.2 Usage Fees

  1. Unless otherwise stated, all fees listed by Roami include VAT.
  2. If a customer reasonably and in good faith disputes an invoice or any part thereof, the customer shall notify Roami within 12 days of receiving the invoice, providing reasons for the alleged inaccuracy and (if possible) the amount the customer believes is payable.
  3. Except where the customer’s claim is undisputed or has been confirmed by a final court judgment, the customer is not entitled to offset any of its claims against Roami’s claims. Customers can immediately view purchased Roami eSIMs under the “My Roami” tab on the website or application.

5. Refund/Cancellation/Modification Policy

If a Roami eSIM cannot be activated due to technical issues on Roami’s end, the customer is entitled to request a refund or replacement. Roami account balances are non-refundable, cannot be exchanged for cash, or used to offset discount vouchers.


6. Privacy

All data provided by customers while using Roami devices will be protected in accordance with relevant customer data privacy provisions. All customer-provided data retained by Roami will be used explicitly for contract fulfillment and to inform customers about products related to their contractual agreement. In this regard, customers expressly agree to receive such information, including for marketing purposes, sent in electronic form (e.g., by email). Customers may revoke this consent at any time, but must do so in writing to Roami, specifying the affected email address.


7. Disclaimer

Roami shall not assume any liability for damages or breach of contract if you are unable to use Roami data connectivity or if the data connectivity service does not meet expectations under the following circumstances. These circumstances include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Interruption of data transmission due to failures in telecommunications operators’ equipment rooms or communication networks;
  • Package interruption due to force majeure events such as typhoons, earthquakes, power outages, floods, wars, or terrorist attacks;
  • System interruption due to hacker attacks;
  • Malfunction of your terminal device;
  • Remote areas without signal, or certain areas and environments where local operator signal coverage is insufficient;
  • Areas without network coverage, such as subways, tunnels, basements, mountains, and oceans.

8. Service Management and Control

If misuse, abuse, exhaustion, waste, or other improper use of data adversely affects the network experience of other users, the operator may, based on fair use principles, take control measures or suspend services for violating users when necessary to ensure all users can normally use data traffic package services. In addition to expressly accepting these terms and complying with relevant laws and regulations, you must also undertake not to rent, license, mortgage, translate, adjust, alter, modify Roami services, or merge them with any other products or packages; nor shall you disassemble, decompile, reverse engineer, or create any derivative works of all or any part of Roami services. For malicious misappropriation of Roami credits and possible fraudulent payment collection, we reserve the right to clear user balances or disable accounts.


9. Liability and Warranty

Roami shall not be liable for any losses caused by service unavailability or instability. Roami does not guarantee the continuous availability of network services. If you have any questions, please send an email to roamiesim@roamiapp.com.


The validity, interpretation, modification, performance, and dispute resolution of this agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. If disputes or disagreements cannot be resolved through negotiation, mediation, arbitration, or other means, either party may file a lawsuit with the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre.
